I was born in Victoria, British Columbia in Canada's super natural Pacific Northwest; I now reside in Nelson, British Columbia, in the heart of a remote wilderness region called the West Kootenays. The city of Nelson nestles up against a gentle mountain slope along the beautiful shores of Kootenay Lake. This environment is scarcely populated and offers pristine beauty with  clean air and waters.

I spend time each morning in the natural setting of the forest, seeking and finding balance in communion with Nature. Prayer and contemplation in this lush, fertile setting; combined with the holy rhythm of Mantra, has been the key to my spiritual maturation and success, generating a sense of true peace and personal empowerment. It is the potency of my sacred time in the forest which has awarded me the ability to listen to the twilight world of Spirit.

Many difficulties experienced in a life happen because we run on past information and conditioning. We can no longer do things by rote. 

Our need to be really seen is at least as great as our need for food and shelter, and yet, many of us go through life, starving for reflection. This need not be. Changing the surface of our life to try and make it appear smooth is not enough! To say you've always done things in a certain way and then to proceed with your life in that way is no longer applicable. The old conditions will simply continue to arise until you accept that new inroads must be consciously created.

My mission is to encourage you to develop a sense of compassion for your personal conditions; to inspire and motivate you to make appropriate changes that will improve the quality of your life. Through the success of these changes you will soon come to trust that no matter what comes along; you are able to stand at the center of your world, knowing, that everything that comes into your circle exists to teach you what you most need to know now. 

Sit down and ask yourself what would truly delight you. It is the creative side of you that makes your life worth living! That outreaching, creative side is the part that inspires you and catapults you into your own truth, day by day. So spend time each day listening to what your muse is trying to tell you. 

Intuition and telepathy are natural when we allow ourselves to flow with Life in deep trust, recognizing that Life truly cares for us and allowing a connection that goes beyond the physical body and conscious mind. 

Set your goal to listen with more and more of your being so that you are always in the right place at the right time talking to the right people. This comes from learning how to be the arbiter between the cosmic and the mundane. It's an amazingly beautiful job bringing the Divine down into your heart and mind and then to anchor it in everything you say and do and look upon. 

There are artists of one kind or another inside each of us but because we have been taught to make the world practical and sensible, these abilities are often abandoned, sitting in the back of our life waiting for someday. 

So, please consider widening your focus. Listen with your whole Being. The more you listen, the more you will trust. The more you trust, the more you will expand. The more you expand, the happier you'll be and around and around it will go blessing all our relations and sentient beings.
